SHIPPING
To ensure you receive your purchase as fast as possible, we print your order at our nearest fulfillment center where we can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way across the US.
Typical shipping times are 7-10 days from receipt of order.
LOST
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at cservice2@drf.com noting your order number and we'll send a replacement asap.
RETURNS
Damaged items: The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time.
Exchanges & Refunds: Unfortunately, as we print most of our products on demand, we are not able to offer exchanges. However, we will refund the purchase, net of shipping costs, on any items that are not personalized provided the customer returns them to our office at the address below.
Return shipping charges will be at customer's expense.
